Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Homerunpet.com. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We want you to enjoy your new purchase. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase , we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Cancellation
 
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
 
Exchanges
 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
Returns
 
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Please contact our Customer service at contact@homerunpet.com to get instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 
Refunds
 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
